very nice location and accessible to all (groceries, mall, restaurants, etc).. Staffs are approachable.. Rooms are clean as well, you can ask to clean up room also😊

Very accommodating kaya pablik balik kmi ayaw na ng asawa ko sa ibang hotel..malapit kasi sa lahat sa likod bahay lang ang mga anak at apo ko kaya no need lumayo ng hotel!!

I recommend Sands Hotel, near ayala Mall marikina. the staff are excellent, the location is accessible too. they make our stay very comfortable.. I love the room.. see you again nextime sands.

Aircon in room 402 is bad. There's also no wifi, no signal for tv cable. We didn't felt the comfortability because the humid feeling aicon is defective. We didn't enjoy our stay. Ending for an early checkout.

the aircon has a problem we thought that they will ask us to change the room because it was very hot inside but they just give us electric fan hopefully you will fix the aircon guys.
